Do you inspect or save files sent in bug reports?
No. AllMDConverter operates 100% client-side. When sharing a code snippet or sample document to help us reproduce an issue, we recommend sanitizing any proprietary, private, or confidential data beforehand.
How do I report a PDF formatting or page-break glitch?
Let us know which browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and operating system you are using, along with the font family and a minimal Markdown snippet that causes the page-break or layout overlap.
Is there an offline version or desktop app planned?
Because our conversions happen completely in-browser via JavaScript and Web Workers, you can keep the web application open in a tab and convert documents even when your network connection drops. Progressive Web App (PWA) offline installation is on our near-term roadmap.
Can I request support for additional conversion formats (e.g., EPUB, LaTeX, RTF)?
Yes! We actively prioritize new conversion formats based on developer community requests. Choose "Feature Request" in the form above and tell us your use case.
